In October 2011 I decided, having read a couple of books and numerous articles on the subject, to give this new way of reorganising your nutrition for better health and hopefully, better performances a go. The following will be my personal notes on the subject as I'm not a qualified Nutritionist. There is fastly becoming more data available on the subject via the internet.
I have now been on the preparatory phase for 10 weeks (Jan 12) while my training load has been lower. Saying that, I have been able to compete in shorter events (of less than 1hour duration) during this time to no ill effects.
