Joined my team mate Nicola on the Maxgear stand, me on my rollers and her on the turbo. Had the opportunity to wear the amazing new WASP speedsuit. Had a great viewpoint of the night's racing and managed not to get knocked off my rollers by the passing crowds. Can't wait for the next round in January '12.
Compared to the warmth of the velodrome, my Sunday ride out was really cold. Welcome to winter training.
